Can I rent out my unit after purchase?

Is the property a freehold or leasehold?

Belview Condos is offered as freehold ownership, giving buyers full ownership rights over their unit.

What happens if construction is delayed?

While we are committed to our December 2025 completion timeline, unforeseen delays may occur. Buyers will be updated regularly with progress reports, and your purchase agreement will outline protections for your investment.
